Our journey didn’t begin with a fancy degree or years of experience—it started with one simple, unshakeable need: to provide for our family. Life throws curveballs, and the real test isn’t in avoiding them—it’s how you respond. Positivity isn’t just about being happy when things are good; it’s about finding strength when life gets tough.
We’ve made mistakes. We’ve taken wrong turns. That’s reality. But here’s the truth—every mistake is a lesson, and every setback is a setup for a comeback. Owning your choices, learning from them, and pushing forward isn’t a burden; it’s how you grow and shapes who you become.
So, let me tell you how we got here, because our company is built on real grit, determination, and accountability.
By the time Misty and I were 17, we already had two kids. We both faced enormous challenges early on. I dropped out of high school, got my GED, and gave college a shot—but after a few days, I knew it wasn’t for me. Instead, I put everything into building a business, learning everything I could from countless business, marketing, and leadership books, mentors, and a lot of trial and error, knowing that failure simply wasn’t an option. Perseverance became our foundation. Life knocked us down more than once, but we refused to stay down—because no one else was going to do it for us.
We hustled—working full-time jobs while running our “side” business in the evenings and on weekends. And then, I took the leap. I left my corporate job to go all in. It was exciting, terrifying, and full of “Oh sh*t, what did I just do?” moments.
But we kept pushing. Customers started recognizing our name. The schedule was full. Business was booming.
In 2007–2008, we invested heavily in future growth. We bought a building, designed and built a new style of truck, began developing scalable and teachable systems, and set our sights on bigger things.
Then came the recession of 2008-2009. Everything changed overnight. Customers cut back. Money stopped flowing. Survival became the only focus.
That moment tested everything, but it didn’t break us. And neither did the next one. And neither will the next one.
That’s what sets us apart. We know hurdles will be thrown in our path—sometimes big ones—but we’ve learned how to prepare for them, minimize their impact, and overcome them when they come.
Our story isn’t just about business—it’s about resilience. It’s about facing challenges head-on, owning our journey, and standing strong no matter what. Success isn’t about never failing—it’s about refusing to quit. Through every high and low, we hold onto the truth that Christ is with us, providing strength and purpose. Even when the road feels impossible, His guidance lights the way. So no matter what comes our way, we will keep pushing forward. Because with faith, hard work, and unwavering grit, we’re all capable of more than we ever imagined.
WHAT SETS US APART:
Our core values of L.O.V.E.—Leadership, Obsession, Value, and Excellence—guide everything we do.
We’re a family-owned and operated business, driven by a mission to create something better—not just for our family, but for yours too. Our commitment runs deep—to God, our team, our customers, our business partners, and this incredible industry.
Leadership: True leadership isn’t about titles; it’s about how you treat people. It’s about being the kind of person others trust and respect and want on their team, leading by example, and making a difference in the lives of those around us.
Obsession: Customer service isn’t just a phrase to us—it’s our obsession. Think about the last time you had truly outstanding customer service. It doesn’t happen often, right? That’s why we aim for 100% satisfaction every single time.
Value: We value our people (customers and team members), our company, our communities, our planet, and the power of giving back. Each action we take reflects our commitment to integrity, sustainability, and making a meaningful difference.
We take responsibility for how we operate, prioritizing responsible disposal. That means focusing on diversion, donating, and recycling to reduce waste and make a real impact—because true value goes beyond price; it’s about doing what’s right.
Excellence: We don’t settle for “good enough.” From the way we run our business to how we serve our customers, we strive for excellence in every detail, ensuring the best experience possible.
But beyond business, life is about the people around us. It’s about serving others—helping those in need, and standing up for those who can’t stand up for themselves. When we put others first, we lead by example and create something greater than a company—we create a community.
That’s who we are, and that’s what we stand for.
Growth and Expansion:
People appreciated our hard work, fair pricing, and hassle-free service, always delivered with a smile. Word spread, and before we knew it, we were growing. To offer even more convenience, we expanded into dumpster rentals, making it easier for homeowners, business owners, and property managers to get the reliable solutions they need.
As demand grew, so did the opportunities. We became a trusted leader in our area, known for dependable service and unmatched customer care. But none of this would be possible without our incredible team. Their dedication, work ethic, and commitment to serving our customers set us apart. They’re the backbone of our success, and we’re beyond grateful for each and every one of them.
That success led us to something even bigger: franchising. We saw the chance to help others build their own futures, and today, we’re proud to have franchise partners who carry our mission forward.
