Every great company starts with a simple idea — and a lot of hard work.

For 1-800-JUNKPRO, that idea began in Wichita, Kansas, in 1999, when Mike Davis (now CEO) and Misty Davis (now Chief Brand Officer) set out to make junk removal and dumpster rental easier, cleaner, and friendlier than anyone thought possible.

With one truck, and a focus on customer service that went far beyond industry norms, they built a company people loved to call — because they knew they’d get fast, professional, and courteous help every time.

From those early days, one thing has never changed: our mission to deliver what we proudly call “The Best Customer Service on the Planet.”

From One Truck to a Proven System

As 1-800-JUNKPRO grew, so did the demand for our simple, dependable approach.

In 2012, we began developing a franchise system that could help other motivated people bring our model and culture to their own communities. After years of testing and refining processes, we officially launched franchising in 2016.

Each new franchise location is locally owned and operated by people who share our values — giving customers the same trustworthy, hometown service that started it all, backed by a national brand that’s been perfecting the business for over two decades.
